P4r Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the p4r platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the p4r platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions without additional qualification. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the p4r platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and p4r (the platform). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
The p4r platform is a service intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that accessing online betting services is lawful in your current location.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- P4r reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the p4r platform. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. p4r may request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer). Failure to comply may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
- Personal information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- A single phone number or email address may only be linked to one account.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. p4r will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
P4r is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All p4r platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or use unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p4r platform:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or specialized software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Any form of fraud, including providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in games involving multiple players.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
- Accessing the platform from a location where online betting services are prohibited by law.
- Abusing any offer, bonus, or promotion in a manner not intended by p4r.
P4r reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or permanently closing accounts, against any user who violates these rules. p4r's decision in such matters is final.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Liability
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
All transactions on the p4r platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX (direct transfer from local banks) and TNG eWallet. p4r does not accept foreign currency payments — any transaction in a currency other than MYR will be automatically rejected.
To make a withdrawal, users must first complete the identity verification (KYC) process. p4r reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be communicated within your account section.
- All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
- P4r is not liable for payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
- Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
P4r Liability Limits
P4r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected game outcomes.
The p4r platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions or errors. Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during play, especially for live dealer games.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
P4r reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of terms violations, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. Where an account closure is deemed legitimate, any remaining balance (if applicable) will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to full compliance with the identity verification process.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the p4r support team. Once an account is closed, all associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the p4r platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, images, graphics, software code, and brand name — is the exclusive property of p4r or our licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any of these elements without prior written consent from p4r is not permitted.
Unauthorized use of p4r's intellectual property may result in legal action. The p4r brand name and all associated trademarks are fully protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
P4r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the p4r platform or these terms shall be resolved through the processes prescribed by applicable Malaysian law.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the p4r platform do not constitute our endorsement of or responsibility for the content of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
